Our DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) skills groups teach mindfulness, distress tolerance, perspective taking and thoughtful conflict resolution, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.  These groups are designed to introduce, model, and practice DBT skills that have been shown to be effective for a variety of struggles including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and anger. We are also excited to offer a corresponding class for parents interested in learning skills to help their teenager. For registration or more information, please contact our office or fill out the interest form below.
