Alexandria is very passionate about healthy, child development. She has worked in different capacities with young children and teens for 9 years. Alexandria uses a person-centered approach, focusing on establishing a strong rapport with her clients. In session, she tends to start from a cognitive-behavioral approach blending in other strategies and techniques depending on each clients needs and preferences. She enjoys working with children of all ages (6-18). Her goal in therapy is to create a safe space where children can learn, grow, and be. In addition, she desires to help our youth gain the skill to handle life’s difficulties and improve self-esteem.

Alexandria enjoys jigsaw puzzles, strenuous hikes, coloring, non-choreographed dancing (free form), listening to soul and blues music, and observing the world around her (aka people watching).
