Regina Rosario, MA

Pre-licensed Mental Health Clinician

Under the supervision of Jaye Bilyeu, LPC-MHSP and Mary Payne, PhD

Regina is a Master’s Level Therapist. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University.

Regina’s passion is working with individuals, children, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and conflict. Regina desires to help her clients feel empowered to have autonomy over their healing and journey by building a relationship with clients built on trust, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard. Regina believes change and growth happen when one can understand who they are and what experiences in life have shaped their development and worldview. Regina will take an integrated and holistic therapeutic approach and use creative and experiential styles to help individuals heal and achieve their goals. Her therapeutic practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.

Regina has many years of experience working with children and their families in her previous employment as a social worker. Regina has seen that children thrive when their family thrives. Together, Regina desires to create an authentic, empowering, and, most of all, safe space for clients to navigate all of who they are.

Regina enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and dog in her spare time. She dabbles in interior design and loves to travel.
