Jasmine’s Approach to Therapy

Jasmine takes a holistic approach to counseling and believes that it is important to address all areas of life including physical, mental, social and spiritual. Her practice is strongly rooted in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) belief that our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are directly related to one another. Jasmine’s specialties and areas of interest include: working with teen girls and young adults/college-aged, anxiety, depression, developmental challenges, adjustment and stage of life, and social anxiety
