*Coping Cat/The C.A.T. Program – This program is specifically designed to address anxiety in children and teens. This program involves approximately 20 sessions aimed at learning the foundation of CBT skills and working on exposures to situations that trigger anxiety so the child can practice using skills effectively. Coping Cat was designed for children ages 7-13 while the C.A.T. program can be used effectively with teens.
**Parent Child Interaction Training (PCIT) – PCIT is a short-term, specialized behavior management program designed for young children experiencing behavioral and/or emotional difficulties and their families. PCIT teaches caregivers to manage their child’s difficult behaviors in many settings, while also increasing their child’s positive behaviors and health attachments. The therapist observe the caregiver and child together, then provides LIVE coaching of the PCIT skills. It’s for children 2-6 years old.
