Taylor Braile, Practicum Intern

Taylor’s Approach to Therapy
Taylor is a therapist intern dedicated to helping kids, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges
and connect more deeply with themselves.
Taylor is currently completing her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Belmont
University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama. She’s a
member of the Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society, the American Counseling Association, and the
Association for Child & Adolescent Counseling.
Taylor works with individuals across the lifespan who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck,
anxious, or uncertain about how to move forward. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and
personalized—offering a space where clients can feel supported, understood, and empowered
to grow at their own pace.
Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a teen navigating complex emotions, or
an adult facing anxiety, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck in your day-to-day
life—Taylor strives to make therapy feel approachable and grounded. While you’ll do meaningful
work together, she also believes therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time—there’s room
for lightness, humor, and real connection too.
Her goal is to support clients in building the insight, resilience, and confidence they need to face
life’s challenges and make choices that align with their values and well-being.
Taylor is under the supervision of Dr. Mary Payne, PhD, BCB, Licensed Psychologist.
