Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses on learning how thoughts, emotions, and actions influence each other and learning skills to challenge thoughts and change behavior in order to improve daily functioning and emotional well-being.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is an evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents impacted by trauma and their parents or caregivers.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a treatment for complex mental health issues that teaches clients to effectively utilize both acceptance and change skills. Our clinic does not provide comprehensive DBT but has several providers who utilize the skills training modules of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation.
