Alexandria “Al” Hudson, NCC
Al’s Approach to Therapy
Building rapport is essential to the therapeutic relationship. It’s creating a safe space where parent and child allows Al to partner with them on their quest towards an improved relationship. Her goal is the peel away the things that block us from the connection we desire with our family and move towards creating healthy and secure attachments between parent and child.
