Hannah Merrell, LPC-MHSP
Hannah’s Approach to Therapy
Hannah takes a holistic approach to counseling and believes that it is important to address all areas of an individual’s life. By addressing your complete well-being, therapy can assist you not only with your mental health but also with enhancing your overall quality of life. A deeper understanding of your mind, body, and spirit can lead to greater self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-acceptance.
Hannah is currently working on her certified eating disorder specialization (CEDS) and her passion is to treat, raise awareness about, and dismantle the stigma surrounding eating disorders and body image issues. She believes all people and bodies are worthy and valuable. Hannah understands that disordered eating and body-related issues are unique. She will work with you to cater treatment to you and your individual needs. Hannah treats clients through a compassionate, Health at Every Size (HAES) informed, client-centered approach.
