Q: When are you open?

A: Each provider sees clients by appointment, and their schedules vary. However, we do offer after-school and evening hours when possible to accommodate your needs. Our front desk is staffed Monday to Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If you reach voicemail, we will return your call within 24 business hours. You can also leave a direct message for your provider by dialing their extension.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are conveniently located near the Cool Springs Galleria, right on the Franklin-Brentwood line. Our address is: 1604 Westgate Circle, Suite 220, Brentwood, TN 37027.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: The Child and Family Counseling Center is fee-for-service and does not directly accept insurance. However, we are eligible for HSA/FSA accounts, and we can provide you with a bill for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits. We recommend contacting your insurance company to verify benefits and coverage before scheduling your services. Please note that our pre-licensed providers may not be covered under your policy. If you have concerns about costs, don’t hesitate to reach out to our administrative staff for assistance.

Q: What are your fees for service?

A: Our fees vary depending on the qualifications and experience of the provider. Here’s a general breakdown:

  • Intakes: $175 – $325
  • Individual sessions: $105 – $210
  • Family sessions: $140 – $275

We also have supervised, student therapists whose rates are more affordable. Please call us for a detailed fee schedule based on your provider. For those with financial concerns, we offer a limited number of reduced-fee scholarships. Group therapy may also be an affordable and effective option for specific concerns. If you have any questions about cost, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Q: What makes your approach different from other counseling centers?

A: Our approach is built on the idea that connection, understanding, and shared experiences are the key to healing. We create a brave space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a non-judgmental environment. Our focus is on creating growth through grace, empathy, and practical strategies for real-world change. Whether you’re struggling with division in relationships or working through personal identity development, we’re here to help. Our goal is to help you find your better—a place where you can reconnect with yourself and thrive.

Q: Do you see adults?

A: Yes! We work with adults, individuals, and families on a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and personal growth. Our providers are here to support you at any stage of your life, helping you navigate challenges, build resilience, and improve your overall well-being.

Q: Can you explain your focus on values development and personal growth?
