Meet Hannah

Hannah Merrell, LPC-MHSP

Hannah’s Holistic, Compassionate Approach to Therapy

Hannah offers a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy that supports your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. She believes that true healing comes from addressing all areas of life, not just mental health symptoms. With this comprehensive lens, therapy can help you build self-awareness, boost self-esteem, and improve your overall quality of life.
Hannah works with children, teens, and adults, offering support across all stages of life. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of adolescence, parenting, or past experiences that continue to impact your present, Hannah creates a safe space to explore, heal, and grow.
In addition to her general mental health work, Hannah specializes in eating disorder treatment and body image issues. She is currently pursuing her Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) credential and is passionate about helping individuals improve their relationship with food and their bodies. Her goal is to dismantle the stigma surrounding eating disorders and promote healing through self-compassion and empowerment. Hannah believes that all people—and all bodies—are inherently worthy and valuable.
Each treatment plan is personalized to reflect your unique experiences, values, and goals. Hannah’s practice is rooted in a Health at Every Size (HAES)-informed framework and grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration.
Looking for support with anxiety, trauma, or eating disorders for yourself or your child? Hannah is here to walk alongside you on your path toward healing, self-acceptance, and renewed strength.
