Dr. Brown’s Approach to Therapy

Dr. Brown specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families, offering psychological and psychoeducational evaluations, therapy, and behavior management. She also enjoys working with adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and mood disorders. 
Dr. Brown is dedicated to helping parents understand and manage their child’s behavior, empowering them to enhance their child’s well-being. Her therapy approach is compassionate, empathetic, and tailored to each client’s needs, using evidence-based strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, along with creative methods like play and art. She values a holistic approach, integrating physiological and psychological practices to promote overall well-being.
