Process groups create a safe and respectful environment for peers to discuss what is troubling them and to receive, as well as give, feedback. Group members are encouraged to share thoughts and feelings that may underlie their own difficulties and distress while providing feedback to others in the group. Members and facilitators work together on skills including healthy communication, problem-solving strategies, and self-acceptance. Several process groups are currently seeking members. Groups are typically 1-hour and cost $60 per group.
