Regina’s Approach to Therapy

Our collective struggle is that we have inherited a world of imbalance. Because of this, imbalance lives within each of us. Together, we will work to find equilibrium and healing amongst the madness. Within the therapeutic relationship, Regina aims to help clients develop and hone the best version of themselves according to their own vision.
